Create an account, choose a prize, answer the competition question if one is shown, select your entries and complete checkout. Your entry is confirmed after payment succeeds. Each prize page shows the entry price, closing time and entry limit.

Our competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, people professionally connected with administering the competitions, and their immediate families or households cannot enter. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the full eligibility rules.

For a main draw, a winner is chosen at random from valid entries. Instant Win prizes are linked to allocated ticket numbers; a matching number wins the prize shown. Each competition page explains its prize and closing date. Main draw results appear on our Winners page after the draw is confirmed.

Main draw results are shown on our Winners page after the draw is confirmed. We also contact the winner by phone or email as soon as practicable after the draw. For an Instant Win prize, check your allocated ticket number against the winning numbers shown on the competition page.

A cash alternative is available only if it is expressly stated on the competition page. If a prize becomes unavailable or circumstances outside our control make it necessary, our Terms & Conditions allow us to substitute an alternative cash prize.

Our prizes can include cash, tech, homeware and experiences. The range changes, so check the Prizes page to see what is currently available. Each competition page explains exactly what the winner will receive.

Yes. Create an account first, then send each entry separately on an unenclosed postcard by first- or second-class post to Ember Competitions Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Include your full name, address, phone number, email address, the competition name and your answer if a question is shown. Your details must match your account and your postcard must arrive before the competition closes. Please read the Terms & Conditions for the full postal entry rules.

Each prize page shows its closing time and scheduled draw time. All times are London time. Your entry must be received before the competition closes. Check the individual prize page for the dates that apply.

The draw still goes ahead on the advertised date. There is no minimum number of entries, and we do not extend a competition just to sell more tickets. Our Terms & Conditions explain the limited circumstances outside our control in which a competition may have to be changed.

After a successful paid entry, we send confirmation and your allocated ticket numbers. If you cannot find them, email info@embercompetitions.com with the competition name and the email address used for your account.
